It’s not exactly uncommon to see a 90 Day Fiancé star with a rap sheet. After all, any skeletons in their closets eventually come out, and fans keep a careful eye on the stars, even after their 15 minutes of fame are over.

However, this cast member seems to be on a steady decline — this marks his second arrest in the past year, and each one seems to be slightly worse than the last.

Now Nicole Nafziger and her family have stirred up plenty of controversies before, but nothing like this. Her father, Tyler, has appeared on 90 Day Fiancé several times with his middle daughter, and he’s now facing some serious charges, most recently related to drugs and drug paraphernalia.

The father was originally arrested in October due to an alleged altercation between himself and a woman at a gas station near Manatee County, Florida.

According to the police report from InTouch Weekly, “The victim stated she had met the offender a couple of days ago and he agreed to help her move out of her halfway house (not a domestic relationship).”

“The victim stated she got into a verbal argument by the offender’s vehicle with the offender. The victim stated the argument turned physical when the offender put his arm around her throat.”

The women apparently did not fear for her life, but “thought he was going to hurt her.”

“The victim stated she was able to get away from the offender. The victim stated the offender then ran to the driver’s side door and got into the vehicle. The victim stated she then tried to push the driver side door closed so the offender could not open it and get out.”

According to the report, while the woman was pushing on the door and yelling for help, Tyler grabbed her hand. He then eventually let her go and drove away.

More details can be found here. When the police found Tyler and arrested him, he informed the officers that he had a pipe in his front pocket, and it then tested positive for cocaine. He had a bond of $500 for each charge.

Nicole spoke out about the incident, saying, “give me and my family space.”

But it turns out her dad is in trouble again — on Jan. 9, the TLC alum was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (Fentanyl) and one count of drug equipment possession and/or use, Sarasota Sheriff’s Office records state. According to Intouch Weekly, his bond was set at $1,500 for each charge and his arraignment date was set for February 14.
